Featuring a 24"W x 28-5/16"D x 18"H footprint, it boasts a 3/4" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate for even heat distribution and durability. The unit is equipped with a 4"H stainless steel splash guard on the rear and sides, designed with a sloped front-to-back for efficient grease management. Its stainless steel front and aluminized sides ensure longevity and easy cleaning, while the bullnosed front edge provides a comfortable working area above the 45° angled manual controls. The 7-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer and 3-1/2"D front trough with chute facilitate quick and easy grease disposal.
