Description
The Eagle Group CLAGGD-48-NG is a high-performance countertop gas griddle designed for professional kitchens. This RedHots® Chef's Line® model features a spacious cooking surface measuring 48"W x 28-5/16"D, crafted from a durable 3/4" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate for even heat distribution and excellent cooking results. Equipped with a powerful 125,000 BTU output, this griddle ensures quick heating and efficient cooking. The design includes a 4"H stainless steel splash guard on the rear and sides, sloped from front to back, to keep your workspace clean. The stainless steel front and aluminized sides provide durability and easy maintenance, while the bullnosed front edge enhances safety and comfort during use. Additional features include a 7-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer for easy cleanup and a 3-1/2"D front trough with chute for efficient grease management. The adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet allow for stable placement on any countertop. This griddle is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
