The stainless steel front and aluminized sides provide durability and easy maintenance, while the bullnosed front edge enhances safety and comfort during use. The intuitive 45° angled thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, and the unit delivers a powerful 31,250 BTU output for efficient cooking. A 2-3/4" grease drawer and a 3-1/2"D front trough with chute facilitate easy cleanup. Adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet ensure stability on any countertop.
