The unit includes a 4"H stainless steel splash guard on the rear and both sides, designed with a sloped front-to-back for efficient grease management. Constructed with a stainless steel front and aluminized sides, the griddle boasts a bullnosed front edge that enhances safety and ease of use. The 45° angled thermostatic controls provide precise temperature regulation, while the 7-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer and 3-1/2"D front trough with chute facilitate quick cleanup. Adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet ensure stability on any countertop.
