Measuring 48"W x 28-5/16"D x 18"H, it features a robust 3/4" thick smooth polished steel griddle plate for even heat distribution and durability. The unit is equipped with a 4"H stainless steel splash guard on the rear and both sides, designed with a sloped front-to-back for efficient grease management. Constructed with a stainless steel front and aluminized sides, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The bullnosed front edge enhances safety and comfort, while the 45° angled thermostatic controls provide precise temperature regulation. The griddle includes a 7-1/2 quart stainless steel grease drawer and a 3-1/2"D front trough with chute for convenient grease disposal. Adjustable cast metal legs with flanged feet allow for stability on any countertop.
