Description
The Eagle Group CLEF10-120-X RedHots® Chef Line® Electric Fryer is designed for countertop use, featuring a full pot with a 15 lb. fat capacity. It is equipped with thermostatic front-mounted controls for precise temperature management. The fryer boasts a durable stainless steel top, tank, and control panel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Adjustable legs with flanged feet provide stability, ranging from 4 to 5 inches in height. Included are two nickel-plated single-fry baskets measuring 4" x 11" each, perfect for efficient frying. The unit operates on a 15 amp, 1800 watts, 120v/60/1-ph power supply and comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord. This fryer is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
