Description
The Eagle Group DCS2-CSU Director's Choice® Carving Station is an electric carving unit designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 36"W x 30"D x 34"H, it features a robust 16-gauge 304 stainless steel top that ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes a gravy pan with a 3/4" drain for convenient serving and cleanup. Its welded 1-1/2" square tubular open base provides stability, while the laminated front panel in holly berry red adds a touch of style. Equipped with 5" poly casters, two of which have brakes, this carving station is easy to maneuver. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with a power consumption of 10.4 amps and 1200 watts, it comes with a 6' cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. The DCS2-CSU is NSF and UL certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
