The Eagle Group DCS5-HCFU-C is a versatile mobile serving counter designed for both hot and cold food operations. Measuring 78"W x 30"D x 34"H, it features five top openings for easy access to food items. The unit is pre-wired with a hot/cold selector switch, along with necessary thermostatic controls and a pilot light for efficient temperature management. Constructed with a durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel top, it ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. The welded stainless steel base, featuring a 1-1/2" square tubular design with an apron on the operator side, provides stability and support. The front panel is laminated in a striking holly berry red (Wilsonart D307-60) on a galvanized subpanel, adding a touch of style. Equipped with self-contained refrigeration, this unit operates at 4000 watts and is compatible with 120/240v/60/1-ph power, drawing 9.8 amps for cold and 16.7 amps for hot settings. It includes a 1/3 HP condensing unit and is mounted on 5" poly swivel casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. The DCS5-HCFU-C is UL and NSF certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
