Description
The Eagle Group HPFNLSN-RC2.25 is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal performance in food preparation environments. This full-size, non-insulated cabinet features a TEMP-GARD® air flow design that ensures even heat distribution. The door is equipped with a polycarbonate window and a magnetic latch for secure closure. Adjustable digital temperature control with an LCD readout allows for precise temperature and humidity management, while a high-temperature alarm with auto reset ensures safety during operation. The cabinet includes twelve removable universal wire slides, spaced 2-1/4" on center, providing versatile storage options. Constructed from durable aluminum, it features a full perimeter bumper for added protection. The bottom mount control panel and heating system streamline operation, and the heavy-duty 5" polymer swivel casters, two of which have brakes, facilitate easy mobility.
