The Eagle Group HPFNSSI-RC2.25 is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal temperature and humidity control. This full-size, insulated cabinet features a TEMP-GARD® air flow design that ensures even heating and proofing. The door is equipped with a polycarbonate window and a magnetic latch for easy access and visibility. Adjustable digital temperature controls with an LCD readout allow for precise settings, while humidity control enhances the proofing process. The high-temperature alarm with auto reset ensures safety and reliability. The cabinet includes twelve removable universal wire slides, spaced 2-1/4" on center, providing flexibility for various baking needs. Constructed from durable aluminum, it features a full perimeter bumper for added protection. The bottom mount control panel and heating system streamline operation, and the heavy-duty 5" polymer swivel casters (two with brakes) facilitate mobility. An 8' cord ensures convenient placement.
