The Eagle Group HPUELSN-RA3.00 is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. Featuring a non-insulated construction with a TEMP-GARD® air flow design, it ensures consistent temperature and humidity control. The cabinet includes five removable wire slides spaced 3 inches apart, allowing for versatile storage options. Digital temperature control with an LCD readout provides precise monitoring, while adjustable humidity control enhances food quality. The full 270° open swing door, equipped with a polycarbonate window and magnetic latch, offers easy access and visibility. Safety features include high-temperature protection with a caution alarm and auto-reset functionality. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. The removable bottom mount heater simplifies maintenance, and the unit is equipped with 3-inch polymer casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
