The Eagle Group HT2CB-240 is an electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. It features a 33"W stainless steel top made from 22/430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. The unit includes two 12" x 20" wells that can be used for wet or dry applications, equipped with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. A master toggle switch with an indicator light enhances usability, while the 20/430 stainless steel body provides additional strength. The 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board offers a convenient prep area. The stainless steel enclosed base and 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles ensure a sleek appearance and easy access. The unit is supported by 1.5kW power at 240v/60/1-ph, drawing 6.3 amps, and includes a junction box for field wiring. Adjustable plastic feet allow for stability on uneven surfaces.
