Description
The Eagle Group HT3CB-240 is a high-performance electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a 48"W stainless steel top made from 22/430 stainless steel, it includes three 12" x 20" wells that can be used for wet or dry applications, each equipped with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The recessed panel design houses a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. The unit is constructed with a robust 20/430 stainless steel body and includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for added functionality. Its stainless steel enclosed base ensures stability and cleanliness, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles provide convenient access to stored items. Supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs that stand 7-1/2" high, the counter features adjustable plastic feet for leveling on uneven surfaces. With a power output of 2.25kW at 240v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 9.4 amps, this unit is designed for efficient operation. It also includes a junction box for field wiring and meets NSF and cULus standards for safety and performance.
