The Eagle Group PDHT3-208 is a portable electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and convenience. Measuring 51 inches wide, it features three 12" x 20" dry wells with infinite temperature controls, allowing for precise heat management. The top and body are constructed from durable 430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. An 8-inch deep polyethylene cutting board is mounted on drop brackets for added workspace, while the galvanized steel adjustable undershelf provides additional storage. The tubular legs enhance stability, and the integrated push bar facilitates easy maneuverability. Equipped with four 4-inch casters, this unit is designed for mobility without sacrificing performance. With a power output of 2.25 kW at 208v/60/1-ph and a current draw of 10.8 amps, it comes with a NEMA 6-15P cord for straightforward electrical connection.
