Measuring 66 inches wide, it features four 12" x 20" dry wells, allowing for ample food storage and serving capacity. The unit is equipped with infinite controls for precise temperature management, ensuring your dishes remain at the perfect serving temperature. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, this hot food table is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. An 8-inch deep polyethylene cutting board is mounted on drop brackets, providing additional workspace for food preparation. The galvanized steel adjustable undershelf and tubular legs offer stability and extra storage options. Mobility is enhanced with four 4-inch casters, making it easy to reposition the unit as needed. The PDHT4-208 operates at 3.0 kW with a 208v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 14.4 amps, and comes with a NEMA 6-20P cord.
