The Eagle Group PDHT5-240 is a portable electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and convenience. Measuring 82 inches wide, it features five 12" x 20" dry wells, allowing for ample food storage and serving capacity. The unit is constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. Equipped with infinite controls, it provides precise temperature management for optimal food safety and quality. The 8-inch deep polyethylene cutting board is mounted on drop brackets, offering additional workspace. The galvanized steel adjustable undershelf and tubular legs enhance stability and storage options. Mobility is facilitated by four 4-inch casters, while the integrated push bar allows for easy maneuvering.
