Description
The Eagle Group PHT2CB-240 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Featuring a spacious 35-3/4" width, it includes two 12" x 20" wells that can be used for wet or dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed panel design houses a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. Constructed from durable 430 stainless steel, both the top and body ensure longevity and easy maintenance. An 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient prep area. The stainless steel enclosed base is complemented by 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles for seamless access. Mobility is enhanced with a push bar and full perimeter bumper, while the 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2" high stainless steel tubular legs provide stability. The unit is equipped with four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. Operating at 1.5kW, 240v/60/1-ph, and drawing 6.3 amps, this model is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
