Description
The Eagle Group PHT5CB-208-3 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. This portable hot food table features an expansive 81-3/4" width and includes five 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for added functionality. The stainless steel enclosed base provides stability, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles offer convenient access to stored items. The design incorporates a push bar and a full perimeter bumper for enhanced mobility and protection. Supported by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs and four 5" swivel plate casters (two with brakes), this table is easy to maneuver. With a powerful 3.75kW heating element operating at 208v/60/3-ph and drawing 12.5 amps, it is equipped with a NEMA 15-20P cord. This unit is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
