Description
The Eagle Group PHT6CB-240-3 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 97-3/4"W, it features six 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, this portable hot food table ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. It includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for food preparation. The stainless steel enclosed base adds stability, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles provide convenient access to stored items. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for secure positioning. The full perimeter bumper protects the unit and surrounding areas from damage. Supported by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs, this unit is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen environment. With a power output of 4.5kW at 240v/60/3-ph and 10.8 amps, it is designed for high efficiency and performance. The product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
