Description
The Eagle Group PHT6CB-240 is a high-performance electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 97-3/4" in width, it features six 12" x 20" wells that can be used for both wet and dry applications, equipped with precise thermostatic controls for optimal temperature management. The recessed panel includes a master toggle switch with an indicator light for easy operation. Constructed with a durable 430 stainless steel top and body, this unit ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. It includes an 8"D x 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board for added functionality. The stainless steel enclosed base provides stability, while the 22 gauge stainless steel track sliding doors with recessed handles offer convenient access. The push bar and full perimeter bumper enhance mobility and safety. Supported by 1-5/8" diameter x 7-1/2"H stainless steel tubular legs, the unit is equipped with four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which have brakes for secure positioning. With a power output of 4.5kW at 240v/60/1-ph and 18.0 amps, it comes with a NEMA 6-30P cord. This product is NSF and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
