The Eagle Group SDTCL-72-16/4 is a high-quality soiled dishtable designed for efficient kitchen operations. Featuring a corner design, it measures 72 inches from machine to corner and 60 inches from corner to end, with a working depth of 30 inches and an overall height of 43-1/2 inches. This unit supports left-to-right operation and is constructed from durable 16-gauge 430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The dishtable includes an 8-inch high backsplash to prevent spills and maintain cleanliness. It is equipped with a 20" x 20" x 5" deep pre-rinse sink complete with a basket drain for easy waste disposal. A deck mount faucet hole is provided for the pre-rinse setup. Additional features include a scrap block for efficient waste management, raised rolled edges on the front and side to enhance safety, and sturdy galvanized legs with side bracing for stability. The adjustable feet allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. This product is NSF certified, meeting strict public health standards for safety and sanitation.
