The Eagle Group SDTCR-120-16/4 is a high-quality soiled dishtable designed for efficient kitchen operations. Featuring a corner design, it measures 120 inches from machine to corner and 60 inches from corner to end, with a working depth of 30 inches and an overall height of 43-1/2 inches. This model operates right-to-left and is constructed from durable 16-gauge 430 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. The dishtable includes an 8-inch high backsplash to prevent spills and maintain cleanliness. It is equipped with a 20" x 20" x 5" deep pre-rinse sink with a basket drain for effective waste management. Additionally, there is one deck mount faucet hole for easy installation of a pre-rinse faucet. The design incorporates a scrap block and features raised rolled edges on the front and side to enhance safety and functionality.
