The Eagle Group SHT3-240-3 is a high-performance electric hot food serving counter designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 48"W x 32-1/4"D x 35-1/2"H, this unit features a sealed well design that accommodates wet or dry operation, making it versatile for various food service needs. It includes three 12" x 20" stainless steel sealed wells, each equipped with individual infinite controls for precise temperature management. The hot food table is designed with practicality in mind, featuring three 3/4" drains and a drain manifold with a valve for easy maintenance. A removable 8"D polyethylene cutting board provides additional workspace, while the stainless steel dish shelf and adjustable undershelf offer convenient storage options. Constructed from 20/430 highly polished stainless steel, both the top and body ensure a sleek appearance and easy cleaning. The unit is supported by 1-5/8" diameter stainless steel tubular legs with adjustable bullet feet for stability on uneven surfaces. With a power output of 2850 watts at 240v/60/3-ph and a current draw of 6.9 amps, this hot food table is both efficient and reliable.
