This gas-powered kettle features a full jacket for even heat distribution and includes a 2" TDO valve for efficient draining. Safety is prioritized with a built-in safety valve and safety thermostat. The motor-assisted tilt mechanism allows for effortless pouring and serving. Capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 239°F, this kettle is constructed from durable stainless steel for longevity. It operates on a 120v/60/1-ph electrical system, delivering 45.0 kW of gas power and 0.25 kW of electric power, with a total output of 153,405 BTU. Ideal for commercial kitchens, this kettle combines functionality and safety for optimal cooking performance.
