Description
The Eurodib USA BCC 4008 is a high-performance blast chiller/freezer designed for commercial kitchens. This reach-in model features a single section with a capacity to hold up to 15 standard 18" x 26" pans. It efficiently chills food from 197°F to 37°F and freezes from 197°F to 0°F, accommodating a chilling capacity of 209.5 lbs and a freezing capacity of 165.5 lbs. Equipped with a user-friendly 7" touch screen control board, the BCC 4008 offers eight language options for versatile operation. Its self-diagnostic system ensures optimal performance, while continuous and fish sanitizing cycles maintain hygiene standards. The auto defrost feature includes a pause function for added convenience. Constructed with durable AISI 304 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The insulated floors and a 20-1/2" ramp enhance usability. Powered by R449A refrigerant and a robust 3.5 HP compressor, it operates at 5285 watts on a 230v/60/3-ph electrical system, drawing 16 amps.
