Description
The Eurodib USA L21EKDPS is a high-performance door-type dishwasher designed for efficiency and reliability in commercial kitchens. Capable of processing up to 30 racks per hour, it features a powerful 6kW booster element for optimal cleaning results. The unit includes a rinse aid dispenser and a detergent pump for seamless operation, along with a drain pump for easy maintenance. Equipped with electronic controls and a digital thermometer, the L21EKDPS ensures precise temperature management for effective sanitization. The tank drain unit comes with a filter to maintain water quality. This dishwasher accommodates (2) 20" x 20" dish racks, (1) general basket, and (2) cutlery baskets, making it versatile for various dishware. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the dishwasher operates on a 208-240V/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 28 amps and delivering 6.65kW of energy. It meets UL and cULus standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified, promoting energy efficiency in your kitchen operations.
