The Eurodib USA P-ROLL 420/2 RP+ is a high-performance countertop dough roller designed for efficiency and durability. Measuring 18" x 18-1/2" x 15-1/4"H, it features top and bottom parallel rollers with a 12-3/5" top rolling diameter and a 16-1/2" bottom rolling diameter, ensuring consistent dough thickness. The unit is equipped with plexi-roller protectors for safety and a detachable ceramic slide for easy dough handling. Control is simplified with aluminum knobs, while the heavy-duty gear transmission guarantees reliable operation. The IP67-rated controls provide protection against dust and water, enhancing the machine's longevity. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, this dough roller is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
