Featuring a double cooking surface, the left side boasts a flat cast iron plate measuring 19.7" x 10", while the remaining sides are ribbed for perfect grill marks and enhanced flavor. Equipped with two adjustable thermostats, this grill can reach temperatures up to 572°F, allowing for precise cooking control. The removable grease tray simplifies cleanup, and the spring cover ensures optimal heat retention. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the PDM3000 is built to withstand heavy use.
