The Eurodib USA SR11 Sous Vide Cooker is a high-performance countertop appliance designed for precision cooking. With a generous 7-gallon capacity (6 gallons to fill level), it accommodates a variety of sous vide cooking needs. The temperature range spans from 40°C to 155°C, with an accuracy of 0.3°C, ensuring consistent results every time. The user-friendly touch pad features a 4-digit LED display that shows temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit. It includes five programmable settings for versatile cooking options. The cooker is equipped with a lid and handles for easy transport and storage, along with a removable perforated tray for convenient food placement. Safety is prioritized with features such as a safety cut-out, thermal overload protection, and alarm and fault indicators. The hock-proof heating element ensures durability, while the factory-fitted drain valve simplifies cleanup. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the Eurodib USA SR11 is built to last.
