Description
The Everest Refrigeration EBF1 is a one-section reach-in freezer designed for efficiency and durability. With a compact width of 27 inches and a spacious 21.0 cu. ft. capacity, it is ideal for commercial kitchens and food service operations. The self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. This freezer features a full-height solid hinged door that is self-closing and lockable for added security. Inside, you'll find three epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips, allowing for customizable storage options. The digital controls with an LED display make it easy to monitor and adjust settings, while the auto defrost function simplifies maintenance. The interior is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lighting, enhancing visibility. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and front and sides, along with a galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear, the EBF1 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes two leg stabilizers and four 5-inch swivel casters, two of which are locking, for easy mobility and stability. Powered by a 1/2 HP compressor and operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 5.0 amp draw, this freezer is both efficient and reliable. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
