The Everest Refrigeration ECB36D2 is a high-performance refrigerated equipment stand designed for professional kitchens. This one-section chef base refrigerator features a spacious 36-3/8"W design with self-contained side-mounted refrigeration. It includes two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers, capable of supporting up to 717 lbs. The 16-gauge stainless steel worktop provides a durable and hygienic surface for food preparation. Digital controls with an LED display allow for easy temperature management, while the auto defrost feature ensures optimal performance. The dual air chamber and vents enhance cooling efficiency, and high heat insulation maintains consistent temperatures. Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel bottom and rear, this unit is built for longevity. It includes stainless steel grips for easy handling, worktop security corner guards for added safety, and two leg stabilizers for stability. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking.
