Description
The Everest Refrigeration EDA1-S Meat Curing Aging Cabinet is designed for optimal dry aging and thawing of meats. This one-section cabinet features a compact 24"W design with a generous 10.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for various commercial settings. It is equipped with self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling. The cabinet includes a glass hinged self-closing door that is field reversible and lockable for added security. Inside, you'll find three stainless steel shelves with height-adjustable clips, allowing for customizable storage options. The digital controls with an LED display provide precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature ensures consistent performance. Interior lighting is provided by energy-efficient LED lights with an on/off switch, enhancing visibility. The cabinet is constructed with an aluminum interior wall and a stainless steel floor, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The stainless steel sides, along with galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear, contribute to its robust design. For stability, the cabinet includes two leg stabilizers and four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for secure placement. It operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/4+ HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a 2.6 amp draw. The unit is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
