Description
The Everest Refrigeration EDA2 is a high-performance meat curing and aging cabinet designed for optimal preservation and thawing. With a spacious two-section design and a generous 50.0 cu. ft. capacity, it measures 54-1/8"W, making it ideal for commercial kitchens and meat processing facilities. This cabinet features self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling, and its two glass hinged doors are self-closing and field reversible, ensuring easy access while maintaining temperature integrity. The locking mechanism enhances security for stored products. Equipped with eight stainless steel shelves and height-adjustable clips, the EDA2 allows for customizable storage configurations. Digital controls with an LED display facilitate precise temperature management, while the auto defrost function simplifies maintenance. Interior LED lighting with an on/off switch provides visibility, and the pressure relief valve ensures safe operation. The cabinet's aluminum interior walls and stainless steel floor promote durability and hygiene, complemented by stainless steel sides and a galvanized steel top, bottom, and rear for robust construction. Mobility is enhanced with two leg stabilizers and four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for stability during use. The EDA2 utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by two 1/3 HP compressors, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 7.0 amp draw. It is certified by NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and performance.
