The Everest Refrigeration EGC50 is a high-capacity glass and plate chiller designed for efficiency and durability. With a spacious 15.0 cu. ft. capacity and a width of 49-1/2", it can accommodate up to 230 eight-inch mugs, making it ideal for busy food service environments. The self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. This unit features two stainless steel sliding lids equipped with a ratchet lock for secure access. Inside, you'll find five epoxy-coated wire shelves that provide versatile storage options. The stainless steel countertop and rails offer a sleek, professional appearance. Digital controls with an LED display allow for easy temperature management, while the defrost cycle with a heater ensures consistent performance. The interior is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lighting, which can be easily turned on or off. The exterior is finished with textured and laminated black vinyl, while the interior is constructed from durable galvanized steel. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the EGC50 operates with a 1/2 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 5.0 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P cord. This unit meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring it is suitable for commercial use.
