Description
The Everest Refrigeration EGC65 is a high-capacity glass and plate chiller designed for efficiency and durability. With a spacious 21.0 cu. ft. capacity and a width of 64-5/8", it can accommodate up to 290 eight-inch mugs, making it ideal for busy food service environments. The self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling performance. This unit features two stainless steel sliding lids equipped with a ratchet lock for secure access. Inside, you'll find seven epoxy-coated wire shelves that provide versatile storage options. The stainless steel countertop and rails enhance durability and ease of cleaning. Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, while the defrost cycle with a heater ensures consistent performance. The LED interior lighting, complete with an on/off switch, enhances visibility and presentation. The exterior is finished in textured and laminated black vinyl, while the interior is constructed from galvanized steel for added strength. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, the EGC65 operates with a 1/2 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 5.0 amps, featuring a NEMA 5-15P cord. This unit meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, ensuring it is suitable for commercial use.
