Description
The Everest Refrigeration EOTP1 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficient food preparation. This mega-top sandwich and salad unit features a spacious 27-3/4"W design with an 8.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling, while the stainless steel top accommodates up to twelve 1/6 size pans for easy access to ingredients. The unit includes a removable 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain temperature and freshness. A solid hinged self-closing door provides easy access to the interior, which features one epoxy-coated wire shelf with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage. Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. Designed for versatility, the front air-breathing system allows for placement against walls or in tight spaces. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the galvanized steel bottom adds extra strength. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for stability. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor, requiring a standard 115v/60/1-ph power supply at 2.5 amps.
