Description
The Everest Refrigeration EOTP2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 47-1/2"W design with a generous 13.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling, while the stainless steel top accommodates up to (18) 1/6 size pans, providing ample workspace for ingredient organization. The unit includes a removable 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain optimal temperature and freshness. Two solid hinged self-closing doors offer easy access to the interior, which is equipped with two epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted in height for customizable storage solutions. Digital controls with an LED display simplify temperature management, and the auto defrost feature enhances convenience. Designed for front air breathing, the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the galvanized steel bottom adds stability. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 5" swivel casters, with 2 locking for secure placement. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit operates efficiently with a 1/4 HP compressor at 115v/60/1-ph and 3.5 amps. The EOTP2 is NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
