Description
The Everest Refrigeration EOTPS2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficient food preparation. This mega-top sandwich and salad unit features a spacious 35-5/8" width and a generous 10.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures optimal cooling, while the stainless steel top includes openings for (12) 1/6 size pans, providing easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with a removable 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain temperature and freshness. It features two solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access and energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips, allowing for customizable storage options. Digital controls with an LED display simplify temperature management, and the auto defrost feature enhances convenience. The front air-breathing design ensures efficient airflow, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom adds to the unit's robustness. Mobility is facilitated by four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for stability. The EOTPS2 operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor, requiring a standard 115v/60/1-ph power supply and drawing 2.5 amps. This unit is NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation certified, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
