The Everest Refrigeration EOTPW2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for efficiency and convenience in food preparation. This mega-top sandwich and salad unit features a spacious 59-1/8"W design with a generous 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. Equipped with self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration, it maintains optimal temperatures for food safety. The stainless steel top includes openings for (24) 1/6 size pans, allowing for easy access to ingredients. Two removable 1/2" thick insulated top lids help retain cold air, ensuring freshness. The unit includes two solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access and energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips, providing customizable storage options. Digital controls with an LED display simplify temperature management, while the auto defrost feature reduces maintenance. Designed for versatility, the front air-breathing system allows for flexible placement in your kitchen layout. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom for added strength. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for stability. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 2.5 amps.
