Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR1-D2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit measures 27-3/4"W and offers an 8.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It features self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling and a durable stainless steel top with an opening for (8) 1/6 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain optimal temperatures and includes two heavy-duty stainless steel drawers for ample storage. Height-adjustable clips allow for customizable organization, while the 12-1/4" removable cutting board provides a convenient workspace. Digital controls with an LED display simplify operation, and the auto defrost feature enhances maintenance ease. The front air-breathing design ensures efficient airflow, and the stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides offer durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom and rear add to the unit's robust construction. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 5" swivel casters, with two locking for stability. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1-ph and 2.5 amps. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards. Drawer pans are not included.
