The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system ensures efficient cooling, while the stainless steel top includes an opening for (8) 1/6 size pans, providing ample storage for ingredients. The unit is equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain optimal temperatures and a solid hinged self-closing door for easy access. Inside, you'll find an epoxy-coated wire shelf with height-adjustable clips, allowing for customizable storage options. The 12-1/4" removable cutting board enhances prep efficiency. Digital controls with an LED display simplify temperature management, and the auto defrost feature ensures hassle-free maintenance. The front air-breathing design allows for versatile placement in your kitchen layout.
