Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPBNR3 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This three-section unit measures 71-1/8"W and offers a spacious 19.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It features self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling and a durable stainless steel top with openings for (18) 1/6 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain temperature, along with (3) solid hinged self-closing doors for energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find (3) epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips, providing flexible storage options. A 12-1/4" removable cutting board enhances prep space, while digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management. Additional features include auto defrost, front air breathing for optimal airflow, and a stainless steel interior for easy cleaning. The exterior boasts stainless steel front, top, and sides, with a galvanized steel bottom and rear for added durability.
