The Everest Refrigeration EPBR1 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This mega-top unit features a spacious 27-3/4"W design with an 8.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes a stainless steel top with openings for (12) 1/6 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The 1/2" thick insulated top lid helps maintain optimal temperatures, while the removable 9-1/8" deep cutting board provides a convenient workspace. Equipped with a solid hinged self-closing door, the EPBR1 offers efficient storage and accessibility. Inside, you'll find an epoxy-coated wire shelf with height-adjustable clips for customizable organization. The digital controls with LED display allow for precise temperature management, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. Designed for durability, the unit boasts a stainless steel interior, top, bottom, and sides, complemented by a galvanized steel bottom and rear. It operates quietly with rear-mounted self-contained refrigeration and is front air breathing for optimal airflow.
