Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPBSR2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit features a spacious 35-5/8"W design with a 10.0 cu. ft. capacity, ensuring ample storage for ingredients. The self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration system maintains optimal temperatures, while the stainless steel top includes openings for (12) 1/6 size pans, providing easy access to your most-used items. The unit is equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid and a removable 9-1/8" deep cutting board, enhancing functionality and convenience. Two solid hinged self-closing doors offer easy access to the interior, which includes (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage solutions. Digital controls with an LED display simplify temperature management, and the auto defrost feature ensures consistent performance. The front air-breathing design allows for efficient airflow, while the stainless steel interior, top, bottom, and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom and rear add to the unit's robust construction. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 5" swivel casters, with 2 locking for stability. The unit operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/5 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1 power supply and drawing 2.5 amps.
