Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPBWR2 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This two-section unit measures 59-1/8"W and offers a spacious 16.0 cu. ft. capacity. It features self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling and a durable stainless steel top with an opening for (24) 1/6 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The unit includes a 1/2" thick insulated top lid and a removable 9-1/8" deep cutting board, providing ample workspace for food preparation. It is equipped with (2) solid hinged self-closing doors for secure storage and (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips for customizable organization. Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The front air-breathing design enhances airflow, and the stainless steel interior, top, bottom, and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom and rear add to the unit's robust construction. Mobility is facilitated by (4) 5" swivel casters, with (2) locking for stability. The EPBWR2 operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/3 HP compressor, requiring 115v/60/1 and 2.5 amps.
