Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPPR1 is a high-performance pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in any commercial kitchen. This one-section unit features a spacious 35-5/8"W design with a 9.0 cu. ft. capacity, ensuring ample storage for your ingredients. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system maintains optimal temperatures, while the stainless steel top includes openings for four 1/3 size pans, making ingredient access quick and easy. Equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid, the EPPR1 helps keep your ingredients fresh. The solid hinged self-closing door provides secure storage, and the two epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips offer customizable organization. A 19-1/4" removable cutting board enhances prep efficiency. Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management, and the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. The stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides ensure durability and easy cleaning, while the galvanized steel bottom and rear add to the unit's robust construction. Stability is provided by two leg stabilizers and four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for secure placement. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, the EPPR1 operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.5 amp draw.
