Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPPR2 is a two-section refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in any kitchen. With a spacious 71"W and a 23.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for optimal cooling performance. The stainless steel top includes an opening for (9) 1/3 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain temperature. This unit is equipped with (2) solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access, along with (4) epoxy-coated wire shelves that come with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage. A 19-1/4" removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. The digital controls with LED display allow for precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature ensures hassle-free maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and a durable stainless steel front, top, and sides, the EPPR2 also has a galvanized steel bottom and rear for added strength. It includes (2) leg stabilizers and (4) 5" swivel casters (2 locking) for mobility and stability. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a current draw of 2.5 amps. The product is equipped with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
