Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPPSR2 is a two-section refrigerated pizza prep table designed for efficiency and convenience in any kitchen. With a spacious 59-1/8"W and a 16.0 cu. ft. capacity, it features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for optimal cooling performance. The stainless steel top includes an opening for seven 1/3 size pans, complemented by a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain temperature. This unit is equipped with two solid hinged self-closing doors for easy access, along with four epoxy-coated wire shelves that are height adjustable for customizable storage. A 19-1/4" removable cutting board provides ample workspace for food preparation. Digital controls with an LED display ensure precise temperature management, while the auto defrost feature simplifies maintenance. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, including the front, top, and sides, the EPPSR2 also has a galvanized steel bottom and rear for added durability. It includes two leg stabilizers and four 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking, for easy mobility. Powered by R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor, this unit operates at 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.5 amp draw. The product is NSF certified, cETLus listed, and ETL-Sanitation compliant, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
