Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPR1-24 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a spacious 35-5/8"W design with a 6.0 cu. ft. capacity, ideal for busy kitchens. The stainless steel top includes an opening for (8) 1/9 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. Equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated stainless steel top lid and a solid hinged self-closing door, it maintains optimal temperature while minimizing energy loss. The snap-in magnetic door gasket enhances sealing efficiency. Inside, you'll find (2) epoxy-coated adjustable wire shelves for customizable storage and a 12-1/4"D removable cutting board for convenient food prep. Digital controls with an LED display allow for precise temperature management within a range of +33° to +54°F. The unit features auto defrost and LED interior lighting for visibility. Safety is prioritized with an overheat protection alarm for the compressor and condenser coil. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, along with a galvanized steel bottom and rear, this unit is built for durability. It is mobile with (4) 5" swivel casters, including (2) locking for stability. The self-contained side-mounted refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant, delivering 1,557 BTU/hr with a 1/4+ HP compressor.
