Description
The Everest Refrigeration EPR1 is a high-performance refrigerated counter designed for sandwich and salad preparation. This one-section unit features a spacious 35-5/8"W design with a 9.0 cu. ft. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. It includes self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for efficient cooling and a durable stainless steel top with openings for (8) 1/6 size pans, ensuring easy access to ingredients. The unit is equipped with a 1/2" thick insulated top lid to maintain optimal temperature and freshness. A solid hinged self-closing door provides easy access while enhancing energy efficiency. Inside, you'll find (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves with height-adjustable clips for customizable storage options. The 12-1/4" removable cutting board offers a convenient prep space. Digital controls with an LED display simplify operation, while the auto defrost feature ensures hassle-free maintenance. The interior is illuminated with LED lighting, and the stainless steel construction throughout, including the front, top, and sides, ensures durability and easy cleaning. The galvanized steel bottom and rear add to the unit's robust design. Mobility is made easy with (4) 5" swivel casters, two of which are locking for stability. The EPR1 operates using R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 1/4 HP compressor, requiring a 115v/60/1-ph power supply with a 3.5 amp draw. It comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord and meets NSF, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
